TOUCH Implementation Workbook

When going into business for yourself, it is important to remember that all companies – big or small – require some sort of plan. Without having a clear map that outlines your objectives, you could experience stagnation of growth and a feeling of floundering.
Additionally, you could lose precious time, income potential, and confidence in your abilities.
This workbook will guide you as you create a roadmap to achieve your goals.
It is important, however, to know that no one can do this for you. The road to success is filled with hard work, perseverance, and consistency.

The concept of Atlanta Advantage TOUCH is a simple one that consists of implementing five important steps. For an in-depth understanding of these five principals, you can obtain the TOUCH Implementation Workbook at any of our Atlanta Communities offices.

For now, we will provide you a quick introduction of the five principals to creating a successful business development plan.

Session 1: Database Development is the lifeblood of any organization. Whether you have 10 people in your database or 5000, without the development and implementation of a database your monthly directional compass is not actionable. This process requires dedication and patience, but is well worth the time invested and is the best thing you can do for your business.

Session 2: My Database is Ready, Now What? Once you have completed the first round of database development you will be ready for the next step: determining where to store your database and how to utilize it. This session will review different CRM options, understanding how to target your market, and how to utilize your database as a tool.

Session 3: Lead Generation DNA  In the past you might have been told that lead generation is a one-size-fits-all activity. That is an inaccurate statement, and in this chapter we will review the different types of lead generation activities that are available in the industry. The exercises in this session will help you to determine which lead generation activities you prefer.

Session 4: Creating Your Touch Systems  This session will address how to develop a successful touch system that connects you with the people who you have already recorded in your database. We will discuss configuring a monthly TOUCH system that works best for you. We will work towards a cohesive, consistent message to create a constant communication stream.

Session 5: Time Management and Accountability  As you can see each session builds on another, and once completed you move forward into the final session of Time Management & Accountability.

Here we give you an introduction to the TOUCH Accountability Planner. It is not only a time management tool, but is also your accountability partner. Combined with the action steps that you have implemented throughout the workbook, the TOUCH Accountability Planner will continue your journey of building a business that is both purposeful and deliberate.
